I’m a UCLA graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a California teaching credential. After spending 16 years as an elementary school teacher, I now bring that same patience, organization, and heart for service into my real estate career.

I principally serve Santa Clarita and the San Fernando Valley, while also assisting clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Fluent in Spanish, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families — both buyers and sellers — navigate what is often the largest financial decision of their lives. It is an honor to be trusted with such an important milestone.

In addition to my work as a Realtor®, I bring decades of personal investing experience. I have been a real estate investor since 1991, have owned more than 20 rental properties, and have successfully completed numerous 1031 exchanges. I am knowledgeable in rentals, income property strategy, 1031 exchanges, first-time homebuyer programs, luxury homes, and creative financing solutions.

I am also licensed in life insurance and assist clients with estate planning, allowing me to take a broader view of wealth preservation and generational planning.

As a mother of three accomplished daughters in their 20s and now a proud grandmother, I understand the importance of home, stability, and long-term vision. I bring honesty, hard work, and steady guidance to every transaction, and I am committed to serving my clients with integrity every step of the way.
