Kaaryn started her career in the real estate lending business in 1989. She has lived in the Southern California area since 1969. Though, her experience includes mortgages in Northern California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. She has a specialty for First Time Home Buyers and likes to meet face to face with borrowers as much as possible. She definitely likes to be present when the final documents are signed when possible to ensure a smooth close.
