I’m Joseph Gagucas, a Southern California REALTOR® and active-duty U.S. Navy Senior Chief with more than 24 years of service. My military career has been built on leadership, integrity, accountability, and caring for people—and I bring those same values to every client I serve.

As a homeowner and owner myself, I understand firsthand what it feels like to be on the other side of a real estate transaction. I’ve experienced the questions, uncertainty, financial considerations, and excitement that come with buying and owning property. That experience helps me relate to what my clients are going through and reinforces my commitment to making sure they feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Outside of real estate and the Navy, I’m a husband, father of three, entrepreneur, watch collector, and avid golfer. I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, coaching, music and DJing, and watching baseball.
