I started my real estate career in Princeton Junction, New Jersey 1999. I sold real estate for eight
years and relocated to San Diego, California, with my husband and children. I obtained my real
estate license and practice in San Deigo County and am a licensed realtor with Century 21
Masters. I have a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology (thesis on digital
development in learning environments for Real Estate). I have a Bachelor's Degree in Special
Education K-12 and hold Certifications as a Zipforms Plus Trainer from the California
Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) and Transaction Coordinator (C.T.C.) from CAR.
I have been a certified transaction coordinator for nine years and the owner of TransRealtor
Services for four years. I specialize in digital real estate document management, virtual training,
and file review for brokerages.
I am very passionate and driven to excel in any endeavor I am involved in. As a result, I am
enthusiastic about real estate compliance and protecting agents, brokers, and clients. My
viewpoint towards the practice of real estate is that it is forever evolving and fluid. If an agent
has no interest in reading for a living, then Real Estate is probably not a good career choice for
someone who does not enjoy reading!
Real Estate compliance ensures that the licensed realtors adhere to all policies and procedures for
the Century 21 FRS/Masters offices and state and local real estate licensing rules/regulations.
